Apple iPhone 4 launch day; why I won’t be buying one for the first time

There are lines all over the world for the Apple iPhone 4 launch today, but this time will be the first time I will be avoiding the lines and skipping the newest iPhone. Competition has risen and the carrier issues with AT&T are too much for me to handle.
