AT&T seems to be giving lip service to Android devices with none of them as good as similar devices found on the other carriers. The iPhone 4 is the clear choice for smartphone buyers, but it sure would be nice to have some equal competition with this carrier.

The Apple iPhone is an extremely popular device that has done its fair share of causing service overloads on AT&T and now Fring is feeling this pain as those making Skype video calls overloaded their servers. Skype service with Fring has been temporarily shut down to deal with this issue.

There is news coming out that Microsoft may be killing off the Kin and rolling the team into Windows Phone 7. This is understandable given the rather limited enthusiasm for Kin and need to focus efforts to take on the iPhone and Android platforms.
